We had an accident with our vehicle in July 2013. We first dealt with PePe in Durban and then we were forgotten. trying to get answers was virtually impossible especially when the vehicles whole engine seized the day after we picked it up from the panel beater. Instead of helping us to get the vehicle towed we were shunted from pillar to post and promised call backs that never happened because it was home time/end of shift. But a ray of sunshine was found when we made contact with Florence Lerefolo, she was the only agent who actually took ownership of our problem and phoned back when she said she would. Her service was outstanding and friendly and very professional. I am in Customer service and have been for many years, she is an asset to your company and you can hear her loyalty and commitment when dealing with her. You are very lucky to have her I hope that she is appreciated. thank you Florence, your service was excellent. Keep it up
