I'd like to compliment Gail Rogers, from INTEC for the excellent service she provided me a few weeks back. She helped me to sort out queries I had for some time regarding my studies without hesitance. She took the extra mile, and I appreciate her assistance.
This was the first time that I received excellent service from INTEC. Ms Rogers's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
Within an hour, she was able to verify what the problem was and rectified it.
