The branch manager saw me nearly two weeks ago, promised that they will follow up and continue with the correspondence and legal matters with my employer. Up to today nothing has happened. No letters were sent, no follow up was done, no correspondence was sent to me. Total unprofessional and incompetence. Its more than a month now that I gave the lawyer instructions to continue with another matter. Up until today nothing. Just nothing at all. No letter, no correspondence. Just an arrogant schmuck who has more to say to cover his own lack of performance than actually trying to follow up on the company's mandate, " to provide the public with professional service". The public must know about this, that you will not get the service that you pay for when you join Legal Wise. I left a message for the branch manager to phone me back today, but he's too busy to contact people back, he's a professional.
