Personal Load Expiry Date

I have a personal loan with absa over a 24 month period.. may 2013 being the last month.. I however requested a payment holiday for 4 months from april 2012 as i was on unpaid maternity leave. The consultant advised me that my load would then go on 4 months extra as per the holiday and would only finish in Oct 2013.. Which sounds right.. i called the callcenter about a month ago and Nikki informed me that their systems reflect that i still have another 8 or 9 months left to pay.. I explained to her what had happened and she promised that her manager would call me back.. I have spent over a R150 worth of airtime being on hold for so long with different consultants tocall absa 6 times in one week and everyone promised that i would be called back but nothing happened.. Absa has the worst service consultants ever.. I really don't understand how they employ such incompetent people.. I also did a telephonic loan application.. I was promised that someone would get back to me but nothing happened.. I am changing banks asap.. I really am devastated at the service that is being provided..
