I have applied for a personal loan at Absa Mcintyre branch in Parow on the 29th of January 2013. Dawn the consultant assist me and said she needs more documentation from me. The next day my son went into the branch only to be informed she was off sick, but the receptionist said that she will make copy's and then manager will follow up and call us back in 24hours to notify us. I called in Friday, the reception girl said that all the consultants are currently busy and that they will call me back before closing time. No one has called me back. I think this is very bad service, as I have always been loyal to Absa. I have a bond, credit card and a personal loan that I have paid finished but now I'm getting no feedback for a new loan.
I'm starting to loose my trust in Absa. Today, tomorrow, together=I don't think so!!
