Seriously considering changing banks now

I am on the potentiate programme with ABSA, which effectively means different coloured cards. Besides that fact that I have been waiting for over six months for a new debit card after an ABSA teller created a second user on my account, rendering my debit card useless. I have now had to deal with the following:

On the 16th of July my Credit Card was put on hold without me being informed (which led to transactions being declined, which is embarrassing and highly inconvenient). After being bounced around on the phone and eventually chatting to the dept. I discovered that a strange transaction had been put on the card. They immediately cancelled my card (Which is fair and good) and told me that a new card would be with me in 3-5 working days. Yesterday I decided to phone to find out where the card was now that it had been 14 working days. After a long wait for systems to reboot and other such nonsense I was informed that the card had not yet been given to the couriers.

Come on ABSA. I had an account opened with united in my name when I was 1 year old and have been with you ever since. I am now seriously considering changing banks as you keep letting me down. Please sort it out.
