I had been garnished by FNB twice already and now I'm getting calls from different lawyers saying I owe FNB R6000 and when I call their offices, I get transferred to their legal department where there is no one to help always even if I explain to the switchboard operator they do not care they transfer the call simple getting rid of you as they there is nothing to be done about your query which is contradictory to their motto- How can we help
The last deduction by V Tinto Inc on behalf of FNB was December 2012. The new lawyer claims that I have been paying the account and according to their records I paid R185 on Feb 2013 which I do not know anything about as I cannot pay an account that I believe its paid up according to the garnish orders and when I explain to the agents of these lawyers who call me they tell me as long as I don't have a paid up letter I still pay garnish after garnish.
