I have been illegally garnished and hereby request you look into the mater.
Fining's:
o Illegal garnish.
o No statements.
o A total amount of R3400 has been garnished to date.
o This credit regulator is unknown as has been moving offices- no address.
o A judgement was imposed without my concern.
o I have requested to settle it in full before but they refused to send a settlement letter.(proof "call recordings")
Action:
o Please investigate and if possible please recover all monies paid.
o Let the public know.
o Will correspond with my lawyers for legal advice.
o I will open a case with SAPS.
o I have stopped a garnishee with my HR.
o I have CCd the so called garnishee employee on email
