I have a problem with First Choice Loans (Draft Services). I had a loan with them and things ended badly between us until they decided to garnish me without signing any documents. Nonetheless the garnish was paid in full on the 30/04/2012 and now my concern is that they have started the garnish again with a whole new balance which keeps going higher and higher and now totaling to almost -r20000 and recently there were some collectors at my work place claiming that I haven't been paying my First Choice Loan account of which I explained to them that I am paying through a garnish order and they said they know nothing about it. I tried contacting First Choice and I am being sent from pillar to post with no help and now I don't know what to do about it. Do they have a right to garnish me about 2 times and if that is so, according to them my balance then is above R10000.Is that allowed as I never signed for any papers nor get any notifications regarding that matter. I do have proof of my pay slips. Please assist I am highly frustrated and thinking of committing suicide or resigning.
