Tablet not delivered

I love Fnb and have never had a problem until I ordered a tablet from them on the 28th of March got my call and confirmation that it would be delivered a week later. And nothing since then. I call get put on the priority list and that is where it stops I am due my third wait tomorrow when I will call again to be put on the priority list again. I may stop recommending FNB to all my friends.
