Over 6 mths to deliver my tablet

I have not received my tablet since October last year 2102. Every time I phne and query they say its at the courier ready to be delivered, I have phne constantly since October 2012 till day which is the June 2013. I have phoned them give my contact details and given delivery instructions. Every time I speak to a FNB representative they say they have put my query through and have escalated the problem to the relevant department. How freaking difficult is it to have a tablet delivered. I have never ever had such poor service from any bank but FNB. And I won't even mention the disappointment of their branches in Mozambique. Now can some one please get my tablet delivers to me ASAP! Or do you guys just love to get this sort of press or info, on what a disgrace your bank is. AND please don't tell me that my query has been sent to the relevant depart. [Email Removed]
