On saturday (12/01/2013) i deposited a cheque into my bank account asking the teller to put through a clearance for the money to be in on thursday (17/01/2013) coz it takes 4working days. i just called fnb customer service to query why the amount is still not showing available, and tebogo (very nice consultant) told me that no clearance was done on the cheque i deposited. so this leaves me with what exactly... nothing!!! i specifically told her that i need the money to show on friday coz i have stuff that i must pay by then... clearly she wasnt interested in what the fnb customer was saying... i switched over to fnb early last year and since then i only had complaints, no compliments... regret changing banks... i want to know to whom must i speak to, to get this sorted out???
