ENRAGED CUSTOMER - Bad service

Good day
The incident was on the 30/07/2013 afternoon, at 17h29 first call.
Firstly, the telephone line was noisy in from the background. The teller cancelled my call in less than 10 seconds wait (due to signal delay), this the teller did again the second time again I called at 17h29. The third time I called they took my order and I confirmed that I wanted a chicken triple decker. Upon delivery I received a chicken and mushroom pizza. I called the consultant who informed me that he can make another triple decker pizza but I will have to pay for it. Logged complaint with customer services, case 95387. Manager contacted me the following day. I informed manager that I'd like feedback going forward on this matter and was promised a triple decker when making an order. This I tried doing but I was told by same teller that on the system they were not allowed to deliver to me. I asked him to inform the manager or get me contact details of manager and nothing.
I am just disappointed more than anything else. I will not be making any more orders at Debonairs period. This is just not the way to treat a customer. I feel the tellers are not trained and not held accountable. Am horrified.
