Hi good afternoon at this moment I am having the worst experience of my life with Nashua mobile and this is all because a consultant with the name of Dwayne at your Somerset mall branch hasn't't been able to do his job. My contract with you came to an end in October 2013; initially I went to the branch to do a trade up however the Monday I called in to stop the process and I haven't taken ownership of a new handset up to this point. I was told to go to the branch to cancel this and I did; and was informed by Dwayne that he can't do it because his manager wasn't there. The Wednesday he called me to tell me his manager was still not in and he will get back to me. On Wednesday I was contacted by Dwayne to inform me that I will be migrated to pre-paid and that I will be reimbursed if my account was debited only to get a sms on Saturday informing me my Nashua mobile debit order didn't't go off. On Monday again I got an sms informing me I have received my monthly airtime, megabytes and sms and today I recieved a sms saying my line will be suspende due to non payment. How can this be when I was told everything has been sorted and I will be migrated to pre-paid
