There have been a number of unauthorized withdrawals from my account: 62222316524 as from 12 February 2013 until present. My account is a student account from which a monthly amount of R22.50 is deductible for service fees. Why is it that on the following dates a service fee of R6.00 has been taken from my account for cash withdrawals at FNB ATM CLAREMONT; 12 February 2013, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th April 2013, all totaling R36.00? In addition, there is an unauthorized service fee of R30.00 taken from my account on the 16th April 2013, and an unauthorized cash deposit fee of R71.55 taken from my account on 16th April 2013. SEE TO IT THAT ALL THESE CHARGES ARE REVERSED PROMPTLY. FNB is not authorized to unlawfully take money from my account which is not due to it. A total of R137.55 has been unlawfully taken from my account and it must be put back!!!
