Unauthorized charges on my account

I complained about Jet debitting my account with unauthorized charges before, but they have again debited my account on 06/06/2013 with R11.99 been Jet/save/music sim (sms) club fees.

I requested them on 19/04/2013 to stop all such charges, but to no avail.

What more must I do to prevent this???
