Disgusted about being to & pathetic service!

I have had the worst service from outsurance. I have been to and continuously had to follow up to get anything done. Nas Senne never apologised for the pathetic service and i have been waiting for almost a month to book my car into an approved panel beater. Furthermore, i was never told that should i claim that i would have to go out of my way to get my car repaired - had i know this I would never have taken insurance through a company that claims to "bend over backwards" for it's customers. this is yet another lie.

I have also asked for someone with authority to contact me but was ignored. I have to flood Nas's inbox to get any form of communication because he does not return calls. This is an extremely poor reflection on your company.

As an insurance company you are suppose to be there to help people in their time of need. if your staff does not have that passion then your customers suffer. I am feeling very frustrated by this poor service. Attitude is very important in retaining all your clients! please also take note that this is a service i am paying and not something you are doing for free. I expect to get some sort of service (yet again i am PAYING FOR THAT!)
