AWAITING REVERSAL TO BE DONE INTO MY ACCOUNT

Withdrew money on the 25 th of april of 5000 from standard bank card got stuck and no money came out, went into the branch to report the matter was issued with a new card and told that the money would reverse back into my account, it is one week today and im still running up and down to the bank for my money, called the clientel no and was told that i must wait 30 to 45 days for my own money to be put back into my acount. Capitec would you wait if i was the one owing you money i dont think so, so as a customer im very dissapionted in the service im receiving from your customer service. This is the worst service i have received from all my banks i have been using. Sort out your system please.
