No feedbank on numerous debit orders not authorise

Hi, I have sent requests more than once to the only email adress available to contact dmc and no response have been received.

Debit orders are going from my account of which I do not have any knowledge of authorising. I want to put through stop orders for these, but the bank is going to charge me for this. Why should I incur costs because somebody is not doing their job and responding to my requests!
