I was contacted and advised that I have money due to me, and they sent a form that I completed and sent in on the 22 Feb 2013. I phoned in on the 15 March and was told that if this has to do with my surplus funds it will be paid to me the end of April 2013. I phoned in today and was advised that nothing has been done and it could take another 2 months as per my phone conversation today with Keith.
