Delay in claim payment

I resigned from my previous employer on 30th Nov 2013. I opted to withdraw my pension fund hence I submitted all the forms and required documentation through my previous employer as required. Within the course of employment, my employer changed names hence my funds were kept in two "accounts". Alexander Forbes paid me the lesser amount from one account but not yet from the other account. When I inquired through the phone (where you spend at least 10min on hold) I was told my ID details and details on my bank account do not correspond. How did they pay the other claim??? I still went ahead to change my bank details as advised, resend the documents, confirmed through the phone that they have received the documents etc. On Monday 03/02/14 I followed up again and I was told I will have my money by 05/06/14. NO PRIZE FOR GUESSING WHAT HAPPENED!! I phoned again today to follow up, it seems now, no one knows when I will be paid. YAP, problems to get your money as if you are asking for a loan.
