I am a member of the One plan Meducal Insurance and had been experiencing incomplete assistance on several quiries and was close to withdrawing from One plan. I had ashort fall that I needed to pay last year and paid in November I think but One plan kept sending sms to me to settle the amount and l kept phoning and emailing the proof of payment till december. till last week i have been receiving the sms. i phoned in on the 16/0/2013 and a wonderfull lady by the name of Masechaba M. Mataboge responded and within seconds she had assisted me. she beyond her call of duty because this is not her area but instead she gave me her email address and asked me to email her the proof of payment so that she will forward it to the department responsible to reconsile my account. she did that and even phoned me to advise that she had sent it through already. further more I needed to visit a dentist and she immediately loaded my card and i had my tooth sorted yesterday. thank you Masechaba and keep going don't stop!!!
