I have recently had my damaged card changed at standard bank and getting all my stuff working after that feels like the process of a life time. 2 months later i am still struggling with getting all my accounts, cellphone banking and internet banking up and running. my beneficiaries are yet to be returned to my list. my puresave account has gone missing and everything is a hassle. what is going on? Why does changing cards at standard bank feel like changing banks.
