I am at wits end to do a simple change of address at Old Mutual after they send us a SMS to please update our address, this has taken now more than a week, and I am no further than when I started.
Please refer to my e-mails and Old Mutual's tracking numbers, CCC 6044445, CCC6044576 with reply CCC 6057575, and CCC 6044582 and my reply today on that. There seems to be no link at Old Mutual between a persons surname, ID number and Client number.
At this stage I am not prepared to spend anymore telephonic time or money, to try and correct this mediocre and incompetent service by Old Mutual, so I suggest Old Mutual read my e-mails properly and contact me forthwith.
