I applied for vehicle cover as of 01 May 2013 for a new Jetta. My husband was then told that he could only take possession of the car on the 2nd May as the company was closed on 01 May 2013 and he was unhappy with me. I then called and spoke to Ryan who not only changed the date of insurance for me, he got the secretary to type the letter and called the dealership himself to make sure that everything was sorted. To top it all the extra day of insurance was absolutely free!!!
