BREAKING AN WRIST IS NOT CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY

My son broke his wrist on Saturday he was rushed to Mill park Hospital at just after 5pm, this been an emergency case i called bankmed Monday to obtain authorization and have been told by two agents not to worry or stress as I do not need an auth code as it will be treated as an emergency and Mill park will obtain all on the 29th I called back requiring auth again for casting which needs to be done on Friday I was told that the bill for Mill park is rejected and his case was a not medical emergency, so if it isn't who will treat him then after hours, no agents avail to give auth over weekends or after hours you have double standards and what is in your t&C is not been portrayed so he needed his arm to become infected to be treated as emergency!!! or better still wait for the entire weekend with a broken wrist to be regarded as emergency he still requires re casting and bankmed rejecting this, i have been told by 2 agents his case was an emergency including lucky at millpark the next day i am told the claim rejected so breaking a wrist which is an unnatural occurrence not planned is not emergency so do i need to go to a public hospital yet i have medical aid, bankmed
