Secure line not working

I have been trying to link a beneficiary for the past hour, every time I get put through to the secure line it keeps saying that I am entering an incorrect card number and I have the card right infront of me, I went through this about 5 times until I ran out of airtime and all I get is " mam we cannot do anything if the secure line does not recordnise the number" I'm really hating Fnb right now. Now the secure line issue has become a fault of mine!
