I purchased a Refurbished Kindle Fire via Groupon in early February understanding that this was in original packaging and condition. I received the Kindle last week Wednesday, 6 March 2013. I was disappointed to find the Kindle had several scratches, did not have a SA charger, or an instruction booklet. This was intended as a gift and therefore this was a big problem. I contacted Groupon immediately requesting a refund and received a prompt response saying the Kindle would be collected and a refund processed on collection. The Kindle was colected the very next day, and I commented on how impressed I was with Groupon's speedy response to my complaint. It is now over a week later, and despite numerous emails to Groupon requesting an update on when the refund will be processed, I still have no idea. I am unable to purchase a replacement gift as I require the refund before I am able to do so. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service received from Groupon, I am without a Kindle Fire and short of R1899.
