I purchased a Kindle on Groupon some months back. When it was delivered I noticed the order I received was not as advertised and that they had exchanged one of the components of the bundle. It was also a Kindle with Special Offers that is meant to be sold only in the USA.
I requested they come and fetch the package which they sent an email saying they would do. After a week their courier did not arrive. I reminded them now three times and they don't bother to respond.
Really poor service.
