In November I bought a Kindle through Groupon (already had problems with delivery being a month late). At the end of December the screen no longer worked and Groupon promised to replace. When I hadn't heard anything a month later I contacted them. They informed me that they did not have stock and would organise the courier to collect and would refund me. Eventually, on 25 March 2013, I personally went to Courier It in Kempton Park to drop off the Kindle. Since then I have emailed a number of times to find out about the refund and have simply been ignored. (Groupon request numbers 634345, 694857, 717557, 728924).
To all those out there thinking of buying from Groupon SA - Don't. It's not worth the frustration.
