I purchased a Kindle on Groupon on 28th October 2013. The deal promised delivery within one week. This was perfect for me as this was a gift for my mum's birthday on the 6th November. Sadly, my mum's birthday has come and gone and to date I have STILL not received the Kindle. Their call centre did not offer any assistance - only more promises that were never kept. This is extremely disappointing Groupon! I will not be purchasing anything from you again!!!
