I wrote in on Hello Peter on the 12th Feb, again on the 18th Feb, again on the 27 Feb. Now again!
I am still waiting for Groupon to refund the money that I paid for the docking station. I have sent through 50 mails with payment confirmation and my banking details. I went on the Facebook site and still no response or any refund. It is nearly 2 months of Groupon keeping my money. THis is my banking details ABSA - acc 4051784550. Despite sending 50 mails to 6 different people including Shouneez Williams (I have sent her my banking details 10 times already.)
Where is my refund??? My account no 4051784550. The bank is ABSA. I hope you can read this because the response everytime is from an illiterate.
