Haven't received my refund

Hi I saw a kiddie motor bike on groupon in november 2013 which was available when I made a purchase through an eft. The followin day the deal was sold out so I sent groupon a message on their facebook page requesting them to tell if my eft went through and if I quaulify for the deal which they looked into an my eft did not go through in time I spoke to a shouneez williams via emails whom I gve my banking details too she said she processed my refund and it should be in my account within 7 wrkin days its been 2 months now and no money has gone into my account my husband and I have been sending numerous of emails which we get no reply to its really frustrating its like they don't exist anymore I'm really tired off this and would like my refund!
