I have been trying to recoup money paid to groupon now for the last 3 months- i have had 4 e-mails confirming i'll get my refund, i have provided my banking details 4 times, i have sent the proof of payment 3 times, i have phoned your call centre too many times to remember- it really is ridiculous trying to get back R178- i really don't know how you run your business but dealing with groupon has been a really unpleasant experience. and your zendesk is the most inappropriately named customer service department ever- zen my foot.
