Further to my post of the 30.04.2013. i received a call from Shoueez Williams promising the earth and if only she had been told of my problem. Anyway she promised to sort it out and because they had not refunded please just send her my banking details and she will ensure payment. I duly sent the details and now when I ask where the refund is i am told we have credited your Groupon account - like i will ever buy from Groupon again. This was the same response i had in January the first time i queried this.
Once again i state Groupon could not provide the service it offered and i want my money back.
