No delivery after numerous emails and calls

In Dec 2012 I brought a christmas tree that comes with color changing led lights and when i received it on 10 Dec the lights were not working as promised. I called the next day and Chantal escalated the the query to logistics. Jan 18 I followed up again and spoke to Chantal who advised it will be collected. 25 Feb i followed up again and on 4 Mar Nazley advised i am going to get a refund. 11 Mar i followed up again... no response to that one. Today 13 Mar I called between 09:45 - 10:00 and the call was answered by Zama or Mzamo... I explained my situation to cut the story short he said he can arrange for a collection tomorrow, I wanted to explain my second query and he put the phone down with no confirmation email. I had to call again after a 20 minute call and spoke to Natasha who sent me a confirmation mail and the courier called me to confirm. This clearly shows that all the people that assisted me since 11 Dec 2012 no one actually arranged for a collection. I also bought in Dec a seven piece work set which I followed up on 3 times since 18 Jan, Natasha advised there is no tracing number on the system... I will believe it when I get it... really bad service
