WORST SERVICE AND RESPONSE EVER

On the 30th of November 2012 i ordered on line 3 x Consols from Groupon for my girls for Christmas. Phone Groupon several times i was advised that the delivery of these devices is a 3-4 week delivery as this was not part of their Christmas specials. On the 18th of December 2012, i was promised by Kelly-Anne per email that i will receive these devices on the 27th of December 2012. I had to tell my girls that their Christmas presents will be late but that they will receive it before we go away on holiday. On the 27th i mailed Kelly-Anne, no reply as their offices was closed. On the 3rd of January 2013, we received 2 of the 3 Consols, the 3rd one we received the next day, the 4th. Upon receiving the 3rd one, it was the wrong color, and the device was broken. I mailed them to advise them of this and a Claudia advised me that she has escalated this and have arranged a pick up for the Tuesday and the new delivery for Friday. Again, holding on for over 20 min, this was not done. On Wednesday i phoned and spoke to Waseema who advised that nothing was done, but she has arranged the pick up for Thursday and the refund for the same day. They collected on Thursday but STILL NO REFUND.
