I Elton applied at Cell C for a data contract which was approved and the USB Speed stick was delivered with the sim card on 02 October 2013 after the courier service left I opened the box in which there was a smaller box with my USB speed stick the small box containing the USB Speed stick was open and had a orange sticker on the box written fault on the stick. I immediately called the call centre spoke to Zama who advised me to try using the USB to see if its working. I then took photos of the box with the orange sticker on it which was written fault and emailed it with the serial number to customer service as proof that I received a unit with a open box and seems this was a faulty unit issued to me on a new contract. I tested the USB it did not work on the 4 October 2013 I called again asking what is the process in returning this product the agent advised there is a note made by Zama that I called on the 02 October 2013 so I was advised they will arrange for collection so days went pass nothing happened. I called again on the 10 October 2013 the agent informed me she cant find anything on the system so she will arrange for urgent collection still nothing was done up till today
