Wicount service nightmare

I'm shocked at the incompetence of a company that has to deal with customers on a daily basis.

oFirstly I bought this deal on the 13 March, It arrived here for collection on the 8 May. The Deal strictly said 14 - 30 Days which they failed to deliver on.

oSecondly, I have personally had to contact Wicount countless times at my expense, to follow up on this issue. Not once did their staff get back to me as was promised and was always left for me to once again call them back.

oThirdly, the deal included door to door delivery. After many calls I was told I must go collect the item from the Post Office myself (again at my OWN expense). After first being sent to the WRONG Post Office, I was Eventually given the correct Post Office for collection (Again at my COST)!

oLastly there was a customs charge at the post office of R27. Sure its not much but still.
Then as "compensation" Wicount has the cheek to say "we will be issuing our clients with Wicount credit equivalent to the amount paid upon collection".

Wicount has broken its own terms and conditions. Do they really call this compensation, What can I do with R27 Wicount credit after all the time, effort and money already spent!!!
