Query still not sorted

Called in Sept to find out when my upgrade was due; was told I could upgrade in Dec.
Called in in Dec 2012 and was told that I couldve upgraded months before.
Asked what Vodcom was going to do to fix this as I was still paying R149 for 500 mb of data; She apologised and said there is nothing she can do. Ha!!!
Upgraded anyway on17 Dec.
Cancelled 27 Dec to get better option.
Got an sms on 30 Dec 2012 that "COLLECTION HAS BEEN ARRANGED FOR THE MODERM"
Spoke to several agents regarding the collection from the 27th Dec 2012 - 25 Jan 2013 - Mercy, John, Nozi, Priya, Cherelle (Teamleader), Lucky, Tommy, Madira and no luck!!!
Spoke with Chris (Teamleader Data Support) assisted in getting Madira in aftersales to arrange with Thembi in Cancellations to collect the modem.
Thembi or Madira was suppose to call with collection date and time; did not happen.
Decided to call the courier myself to find out if the package was scheduled for collection.
Spoke to Rashied at RAM couriers, called me back after 2 min, and arranged for next day - 25-01-2013.
By 31-01-2013 could still not upgrade - Spoke with Lester who promised a MANAGER would call me!!!
AAAANNNND STILL NOOOOOOTTTHHHHIIING
