Refund promised and 22 days later, still nothing!

On the 8/8/13 I purchased a voucher for a weekend away on Groupon & mailed through proof of payment with the relevant reference as instructed. I immediately called Groupon to advise them of this, and the call centre agent advised me that he had received my e-mail and that the voucher would be generated in 7 days. On the 20th, 24th and 28th I e-mailed and received NO response. I then called the call centre and spoke to Tariq, who advised that their system is "fragile" and that the voucher wasn't generated, the deal had closed and I no longer could get the offer. I then spoke to his "manager", Kelly, who it turns out is NOT a manager, who could not assist me, at which point she transferred me to Nazley Bastra, the "real manager", or so they said. Nazley promised a same day refund, and a R200 credit to apologise for the inconvenience. Yesterday I posted on the Groupon FB wall and received a response from [Email Removed] advising me to send the details of the query to him. Which I did. Still no resolution, not even an acknowledgment of receipt of e-mail. I am shocked that even on a public forum like FB, Groupon still fails to resolve customer queries! I just want my money
