Hope you can help me

I bought an iphone 5 from Groupon SA on the 12/12/2012 they said it was going to take 4 weeks for delivery.
I eventually receive my iphone 5 on the 10/01/2013 but it was the wrong one. I order the 64GB and received the 16GB iphone 5. The next day I phoned them and they said someone will contact me.

No one called me back, I phone them back again and the same story. All I want to know is how long I am going to wait to get my correct phone I ordered. On the 14/01/2013 I phoned them again and they still could not tell me how long it is going to take to get my new phone.
