I lost my iPhone 5 16gb this weekend. On Monday i did all the necessary steps for the insurance. when it was approved i phoned a couple of shops only to find that they don't have any 16gb stock. they then told me they will get delivery on Wednesday 15H00. i phoned them and they only got 32gb stock. I tried to get on a waiting list but they say its first come first serve. so at the end of the month i must pay my account but i don't even have a phone. The other stores like Northgate and keywest have phone numbers but it is impossible to get hold of them.
