Bad bad service

I've been without my Iphone 5 for six weeks now because the management (Maphuti) and staff of Vodacom Menlyn cannot do their work. Four sim swops in six weeks. Drove back and forth from Bronkhorstspruit to Menlyn six times just to experience horrific Vodacom customer service. On each occasion I had to wait in long line for at least an hour. Handed in a 64GB Iphone 5 - six weeks ago, but the lady behind the counter booked it in as a 16GB. Luckily for me I still had the original box to show them. They twice wanted me to accept a 16GB. They sent me an sms to collect up the phone today, went to customer service Menlyn again, waited 45 minutes before somebody attended to me, just to hear: "Sorry we do not have your phone." Apparently it was sent back because they realized that they (again) got the wrong phone (16 GB in stead of 64 GB). They forgot to let me know and as a result I drove all the way for nothing. I've been a Vodacom client for 19 years - didn't expect to be treated like this.
