I bought bluetooth keyboard for tablet deal on 31.01.2013 [URL Removed] I phoned Groupon on 21.02.2013 to follow up on the delivery, as 3 weeks had already passed by then. I was advised that my item would arrive the following Tuesday. On Monday I received it. There are 3 pictures with the ad. My case and keyboard look absolutely nothing like any of them. I got home to test my new purchase, and the case is way to small. I simply cannnot fit the tablet in this case. I phoned to log a complaint and request that this item be collected immediately. I asked that this be collected on Tuesday in order for the refund to be processed by Friday. I was told this would be done. The next day at 15.00 I phoned again as my item had not been collected. I was informed that NO notice had been logged. I explained everything again. I just received an e-mail stating that my collection will be arranged within the next 3-4 days. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want this item collected today. I want my refund processed as soon as this has left my posession. This is PATHETIC! I'm spreading the word to friends, family, and on every social media platform.
