On the 28 of November 2012, I ordered a wireless keyboard for my husband's tab. I received groupon voucher 3CE2599D75. The product was only delivered in January 2013. The product delivered was not what was advertised and was of a much poorer quality. After weeks of battling with Groupon, they finally sent a courier to collect the item. The courier collected it three weeks ago. I emailed their support desk on the 8 of February 2013 to find out when I would receive my refund. I have received no reply, other than an automated acceptance of my query. It is now the 19 of February and I still have received no refund and no feedback.
