Pathetic service!

I purchased a shake n take from groupon. The add on the website said it was dishwasher safe, however after washing it in my dishwasher its shape distorted completely! The leaflet in the box states tat it should not be washed in the dishwasher! I loved the product and so contacted groupon to enquire if they had more stock so that i could do an exchange. I emailed their support centre and from the beginning the assigned consultant was tardy in her responses. After much bother of emailing back n forth the product was collected by courier it in 15March2013. When i enquired about the progress of my refund, i was asked on 27March whether the product was collected! Pathetic! I was not aware that i needed to inform them of when their courier had collected the faulty item! I then received an email from Chantal on 28March informing me that they had relieved my request for a refund and that i would receive an email when it had been processed. The email also stated that i should not reply as it would reopen the incident and my refund will not be processed timeously. It is now 29April! I am yet to receive my refund! And 0861groupon stays engaged! uuurgh!
