On 15 November 2013 I purchased a 3 piece dresser that Groupon had on offer for R2099. Upon receipt i found that this item was inferior in quality and very poor in construction. I immediately notified Groupon and was promised upliftment shortly. However this never happened. As a result i called again and asked someone to help me, after a few days the item was collected (note that 3 weeks lapsed in total). Up to today i havent received my refund and I was promised immediate refund upon collection. What can I do to get service from Groupon.
I have undertaken to inform all my family, friends, and community as I live in a large area not to buy from groupon as the service is pathetic and their people useless and unable to provide the service they advertise.
Over the last few years my family has spent alot of money on Groupon so we feel very disappointed in the current scenario.
I will give them until end of this week and then institiute legal action as I have documented proof of getting my refund immediately upon collection of the goods.
