I order a dr. levine posture belt
paid the full amount over to groupon
after 6 week i cslled them and the lady told mr it a bit late but promise to phone me bavk the next day
after 2 days there was no response and i phoned again., this time a lady told me that it is a bad product but she will send it to me any way if i can send her a proof of payment.i asked he how is it possible that they cant have rekord of my payment. she said if i dont send them a proof again there is nothing she can do to help me
