I payed for a groupon and after a week of waiting for the groupon to appear in my inbox I decided to mail them and ask where it is. They told me the deal has been cancelled and they will refund me.
I already sent my proof of payment to them, 3 times, clearly they are not keeping record of these things. Its been a month and a week now since my request for a refund and hello peter seems like the only option after I was told that replying to their email would " result in you re-opening the ticket and the refund will not be reviewed. ". I dont want to open another ticket and explain again and send my proof of payment again, get your act straight groupon!
